I'm Danish and live just outside Copenhagen.
I used to work in advertising, now I freelance as a graphic designer and align my business with the seasons, both outside and within.
I work from intuition, backed by 15 years of experience. The clients who get the most from working with me are the ones who already know what they stand for — and are ready to let it show. They are founders building sustainable, regenerative, feminist products or services – really anyone building with integrity.
Outside of client work, I write about seasonal rhythms and how they shape creative life. This is where I think that through:
Hi, I’m Julie.
My Approach
The basis for a great collaboration is getting to understand each other. Every founder carries a different creative landscape — a distinct way of seeing, building, and moving through their work.
To navigate a project with the depth it deserves, I need to get inside that world. To understand not just what you do, but why it matters, who you're speaking to, and what it costs you every day that your outside doesn't match your inside.
Then I add the layers of my own expertise and translate all of that into something that speaks directly to the right people. Something you couldn't quite picture yet, but recognise immediately when you do.
A shared visual language
Every project begins with a moodboard, so we speak from a shared visual language. It's how we get on the same page before a single design decision is made, and how we stay there. When the work gets complex, this will be our reference point that holds the feeling we're building toward.
Built to grow with you
A brand identity is designed to last — but you will evolve, and your brand should too. New platforms, new offerings, new seasons of your business all ask something different of it.
I stay available to the founders I work with for exactly that reason. Whether it's a small update or a bigger shift, having someone who already knows the bones of what we built together means the work stays rooted — and keeps growing in the right direction.
The handover
At the end of every project, you receive a complete brand package — everything you need to show up consistently across your platforms, print, and digital presence.
This includes all the file formats for a full media kit, ready to hand to collaborators, printers, or anyone who needs to work with your brand.
